News: 'Expendables 2' PG-13?

According to The Beard himself, Chuck Norris, "Expendables 2" is going to get slapped with a PG-13 rating. Ugh.

Here's what he had to say: "In Expendables 2, there was a lot of vulgar dialogue in the screenplay. For this reason, many young people wouldn't be able to watch this. But I don't play in movies like this. Due to that I said I won't be a part of that if the hardcore language is not erased. Producers accepted my conditions and the movie will be classified in the category of PG-13."

Wow that is some oddly stilted dialogue. The man may be many things, but a wordsmith is not one of them.

So anyway there it is. If Chuck Norris has his way, we'll be watching him, Sly, Arnie, Bruce and the rest of humanity kicking each other's as... butts in PG-13 rated movie. Sadface. There's just no justice in the world.

                Only one story this evening. Does that mean I’m getting lazy in my old age? Hardly. A story of this magnitude deserves top solo billing.

                That’s right! It’s THE CHUCK NORRIS! He stopped roundhouse kicking people in the face long enough to allow his image to be captured on film. This is truly a momentous day.

                The promise of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Willis AND Norris is enough to get my butt in the seats. Throw in the rest of the “Expendables” gang and it just gets silly.
